Mr. Moshiur Rahman is an Advocate enrolled with the Bangladesh Bar Council and currently serves as an Advocate and Consultant at Blackstone Legal Consortium. He is a practicing lawyer at the District and Sessions Judge Court, Dhaka, a regular member of the Dhaka Bar Association, and actively engaged in both civil and criminal litigation.
Mr. Rahman completed his Dakhil (equivalent to the Secondary School Certificate) in 2013 from Kunia Chandpur S.D. Madrasah and his Alim (equivalent to the Higher Secondary School Certificate) in 2015 from Karpashdanga Islamia Fazil Madrasah, Chuadanga. Throughout his academic career, he demonstrated exceptional merit, securing first position in both the Junior Dakhil Certificate (JDC) and Dakhil Examinations within his examination centre. He was also awarded Talent Pool Scholarships in the PSC, JDC, and Dakhil Examinations.
Mr. Rahman completed his LL.B. (Honours) in 2019 and his LL.M. in 2020 from Islamic University, Kushtia, Bangladesh.
In addition to his academic achievements, Mr. Rahman has accumulated more than fourteen years of teaching experience through private tutoring, batch coaching, and educational institutions. He served as the Director of Success Academic Coaching, Islamic University, Jhenaidah, during 2018–2019, and later as the Director of Career House Teaching Centre, Kushtia, in 2020.
During his university years, Mr. Rahman actively participated in various extracurricular activities. He was a member of the Islamic University Debating Society (IUDS), The Network for International Law Students (NILS), Islamic University Chapter, the Rotaract Club, Lalon Shah Hall Study Circle, and the Debating Club.
In his legal career, Mr. Rahman commenced his professional training under the Chuadanga District Bar Association. From 2021 to 2023, he worked under the guidance of Learned Advocate Mr. Shohidul Islam, a distinguished senior civil practitioner, where he gained practical experience in civil litigation, legal drafting, case preparation, and client consultation.
In 2024, Mr. Rahman relocated to Dhaka and joined the chamber of Learned Advocate Mr. Abdul Awal Golondaj under the Dhaka Bar Association, where he further developed his expertise in litigation and legal practice.
Throughout his professional journey, he has handled a wide range of legal matters, including cases under the Women and Children Repression Prevention Act, cybercrime laws, the Penal Code, the Negotiable Instruments Act, cheque dishonour matters, family disputes, and various civil and criminal proceedings. He regularly drafts legal notices, plaints, written statements, petitions, bail applications, discharge petitions, appeals, revisions, reviews, and other legal documents. He also assists senior counsel in court proceedings, legal research, case management, and client relations.
Having successfully passed the Bangladesh Bar Council Enrollment Examination, Mr. Rahman is now enrolled as an Advocate and actively engaged in legal practice before the District and Sessions Judge Courts of Dhaka. As an Advocate and Consultant at Blackstone Legal Consortium, he remains committed to professional excellence, ethical advocacy, continuous learning, and delivering effective legal solutions to clients. He aspires to contribute meaningfully to the legal profession through dedication, integrity, and a strong commitment to justice.
