Muhammad Easin Toha serves as a Criminal Law Expert at BLACKSTONE LEGAL and has been engaged in complex and high-profile litigation before various courts and tribunals in Bangladesh. Worked with Senior Advocate Barrister Imran A. Siddiq before the Supreme Court of Bangladesh in Khan Akram vs. International Crimes Tribunal — resulting in acquittal. Contributed to case analysis in Chief Prosecutor vs. Sheikh Sirajul Haque, Obaidul Haque Taher vs. ICT, and Abdul Latif Talukdar vs. ICT, involving complex questions of international criminal law, evidentiary standards, and procedural jurisprudence.
